Breakfast Burritos Recipe in Indian Style Foodies Blog

Ingredients of Breakfast Burritos


3 egg
100 gm red kidney beans
3 tablespoon chopped red peppers
1/2 cup grated cheese cubes
1 handful chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon salt
2 tortillas
1/4 cup tomato
1 handful chopped spring onions
2 tablespoon fresh cream
2 tablespoon butter
1 dash spice black pepper

How to make Breakfast Burritos


Step 1
Soak the kidney beans for 6 to 8 hours or overnight preferably. Drain and wash well.

Step 2
Heat butter in a pan over medium flame. Saute the spring onions, tomatoes, capsicums and kidney beans for 2 minutes.

Step 3
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the cream and coriander leaves.

Step 4
Pour the egg mixture over the beans and cook until set, stirring from time to time.

Step 5
Add the cheese and cook until fully melted.

Step 6
Sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Stir once and remove.

Step 7
Heat a tawa over medium flame. Warm up the tortillas.

Step 8
Add the egg mixture into each tortilla and roll them up tightly.

Step 9
Place them back into the pan and cook for 30 seconds. Serve.
