Ingredients of Crispy Pasta Snack

1 cup pasta fusili
3 pinches salt
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cup water
1 teaspoon refined oil
1 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs

1 cup refined oil

How to make Crispy Pasta Snack


Step 1
Take a deep saucepan and combine 2 cups water, oil and salt. Bring to a boil.

Step 2
Add the pasta, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain well, keep aside.

Step 3
Meanwhile, combine the mixed herbs, pepper powder and salt in a small bowl and mix well.

Step 4
Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep-fry the pasta, till they turn golden brown in colour.

Step 5
Sprinkle the herbs mixture and serve immediately.
