   Ingredients of Potato Egg Curry

   8 cup egg
1 teaspoon cumin
3 onion
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic
2 teaspoon garam masala powder
8 potato
2 teaspoon refined oil
6 green cardamom
1 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon spice chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder

How to make Potato Egg Curry


Step 1
To make this delicious recipe, boil the eggs and remove their shells. Pick the eggs with a fork and keep them aside.

Step 2
Now take a pan and heat it. Put some cardamon and cumin seeds in it and let it sizzle for a second. Keep them separately.

Step 3
Now pour some oil in the pan and add chopped onions to the mixture and fry them until they turn golden brown. Now add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell subsides.

Step 4
Add tomato, salt and turmeric to the mixture. Stir and let the mixture get a little pulpy.

Step 5
Then add some water and potatoes. Let them boil in the mixture until the potatoes are cooked.

Step 6
Once the gravy thickens a bit, add the boiled eggs. Cover the dish and let it simmer. Once this is done, add some fresh coriander and serve hot!
